What you would do as our Area Sales Manager- Contract Finance Manager

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager- Contract (North) to join our UK & I Sales Team and drive profitable growth across the region. This role is responsible for developing sales with both new and existing contract project customers, identifying opportunities across multiple sectors, preparing and converting quotations, and consistently achieving order intake and revenue targets.

Acting as the primary point of contact for allocated customers, you will build long‑term relationships while providing expert technical, commercial, and product support. Success in the role requires proactive business development, strong pipeline and CRM management, market awareness, and effective collaboration with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

 

You would also:

• Achieve or exceed revenue and order intake targets through proactive sales activity and effective pipeline management.

• Identify, secure, and develop new customers while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing accounts.

• Provide accurate quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and manage opportunities through the CRM system.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product range, regulations, competitor offerings, and market trends.

• Ensure accurate reporting, CRM data integrity, and full compliance with company policies and procedures.

 

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in either sales, estimating, or account management within manufacturing, ideally doors or construction products.

• Has strong understanding of door systems, materials (timber, composite, steel, aluminium), hardware, and relevant building standards.

• Has the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, schedules, and tender documents.

• Has experience preparing accurate quotations, cost breakdowns, and bills of materials.
