Brüken, a part of ASSA ABLOY – the global leader in opening solutions, is hiring a driven, high performing salesperson for aCcommercial Manager position in Mexico, located in León, Gto. The Commercial Manager is responsible for managing distributors and key accounts, as well as developing new initiatives that will increase sales and profits.
 
In this position you will:
•    Work with customer and management to provide and improve sales and service.
•    Maintains, reviews, and revises costs, as well as relays price adjustments to all customers.

•.  Manage a sales team > 20 sales representatives.
•    Understand customer accounts to build the overall business relationship with clients.

•    Develop and manage current and new sales channels. Create and develop processes related to the management of customers.
•    Provide analysis and planning to maintain and develop competitive position. Understand our competition.
•    Perform all sales administrative functions. Establish and monitor sales reporting as needed.

 

Requirements:
•    Construction materials insdustry and field experience required
•    5-10 years in the doors hardware industry, preferably glass & aluminum hardware

•.  Fluent spoken Spanish and English.
•    College education or related experience/skills.
•    Valid driver's license, with overnight and extended stay travel. 50%-time travel required.
