What you would do as our Web Coordinator
As a Web Coordinator for our digital platforms, you mix hands-on editorial tasks with coordinating and supportive work with local content and site owners of various skillsets and knowledge. Main tasks include coordinating web projects and editorial updates in our CMS (Adobe Experience Manager) and e-commerce platform (Adobe Commerce). In addition, you are responsible for the daily operations and our ticket system is your best friend for planning your workday. Incoming support requests include various web-related, often editorial, tasks and you are skilled to organize and prioritize your work. Your primary goal is to act supportive and solve incoming ticket requests to fulfil user needs. Hence, previous experience from working in a content management system (CMS) and/or e-commerce platform is essential.
You will be reporting to the Global Digital Platform Manager and you will be required to be at our office in Landskrona at least three times a week. 


You would also 
•    Supervise and assist with digital platform page construction, content creation, and distribution.
•    Manage and support translation projects for local websites.
•    Coordinate projects and initiatives for online platforms, including site and product launches.
•    Advise global and local content owners on best practices for web content and media.
•    Safeguard company brand guidelines for content distribution and UX/UI, ensuring adherence to governance.

 

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for a candidate with:

•    university degree in business administration, digital marketing and communications, computer science, digital media or similar 
•    minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a global setting
•    proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite 
•    knowledge of content management systems and e-commerce platforms where experience from working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Commerce is highly valued
•    experience working with a project management tool (Wrike or similar)
