This full-time position can be based anywhere in Sweden, preferably close to our office in Landskrona.

 

What you will do as our Technical Sales Support Specialist
As a Technical Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing support to our customers and internal teams, helping to ensure smooth installations, troubleshooting, and the delivery of technical solutions. This position requires an ability to balance proactive customer support with technical know-how, offering your expertise to ensure that our products are utilized to their fullest potential. You will interact with clients, technicians, and various internal departments, providing assistance through phone, email, and in-person training, providing technical support to customers and back-office teams by phone and email, including troubleshooting, product specifications, and project-related queries.

You would also:

  • Handle warranty cases, including determining warranty validity, managing returns, and maintaining records.
  • Participate in product testing, training sessions, and technical meetings to discuss quality improvements and customer issues.
  • Assist Sales and Marketing teams with technical questions and supporting R&D with feedback for product improvement.
  • Write change proposals for product updates and supporting customer documentation needs.
  • Participate in customer events and delivering product training to technicians both on-site and at company facilities.

 

The Skills and Experience You Need
We are looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role. 
  • A significant interest in technology and technical solutions.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, as interaction with international teams is required.
  • Willingness to travel.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who combines a structured, methodical approach with the flexibility to adapt to changing situations. You are highly professional, maintaining composure and a customer-first attitude in all interactions. Your excellent communication and social skills allow you to effectively connect with clients and colleagues, ensuring that every interaction builds trust and adds value. You are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment where adaptability is key to success.
