We are looking for a Key Account Manager for Norway & Sweden who is ready to make a real impact and help drive our business forward.

This full-time position can be based anywhere in south of Sweden preferably in Skåne region or in Gothenburg. It can also be based in Norway.

 

What you will do as our Key Account Manager

As Key Account Manager Norway & Sweden, you will be instrumental in driving our business growth by developing and strengthening relationships with both existing customers and potential clients. You'll work closely with our installers, Distributers and Wholesalers, and ensure ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems remains the partner of choice for our clients. Your proactive approach will help identify new opportunities and strengthen our market presence.

You would also:

  • Developing and strengthening relationships with existing customers while prospecting for new opportunities to grow the business.
  • Ensuring ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is positioned as the supplier of choice by building trust and commitment with partners.
  • Collaborating with installers, Distributers and Wholesalers directly to the General Manager.
  • Participating in customer trainings alongside Technical Support Specialists.
  • Communicating effectively with international colleagues and distributers to ensure consistent processes.
  • Attending fairs, local meetings, and conferences with partners to identify new opportunities.  

 

The skills and experience you need  

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 3-5 years of experience from a similar role, preferably in the door automation business or similar.  
  • Has gathered technical experience and understanding. 
  • Is willing to travel regularly.
  • Has good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.   
  • Is structured, persistent, and well-organized in your way of working and committed to customer satisfaction and used to the world of IT tools.  
  • Is proficient in Swedish and English as you will interact with international salespeople regularly.  Norwegian is a great plus.
