What you would do as our Internal Communications & Executive Assistant
The Internal Communication & Executive Assistant role is a dynamic and multifaceted position, with a significant focus on shaping internal communications while also providing high-level executive support to the VP BSI Europe. Most of the role is dedicated to improving communication between segments, coordinating activities, and ensuring information flows smoothly across teams. This position requires exceptional communication skills, advanced proficiency in presentation software, and the ability to manage complex tasks with precision, discretion, and integrity. It is ideal for a proactive and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact. You will report directly to the VP BSI Europe.
You would also be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals, culture, and leadership messaging.
- Manage company-wide announcements, internal events, town halls, and engagement initiatives for clarity and consistency.
- Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and confidential correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials while coordinating agendas and follow-ups.
- Assist in project management and change initiatives, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and timely execution.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably 5+ years in an international environment.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Adjusting priorities flexibly while working in a structured manner.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point. Ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
- A Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
