What you will do as our Indoor Sales Support

This role is a central part of the Back Office Export team at ASSA ABLOY ES Distribution, responsible for managing the full order flow for distributors and resellers in international markets. You act as the coordination point between customers, freight forwarders, internal sales teams, and the production unit in the Czech Republic. The role combines operational order management with export documentation, pricing for complex projects, and ongoing maintenance of systems and the web shop. It ensures smooth deliveries, regulatory compliance, and a professional customer experience across the indirect sales channel.

In this role you will report to the Back-office Manager.

 

You would also:

  • Manage end‑to‑end order handling in the ERP system, including confirmations and invoicing.
  • Calculate pricing for large‑scale export projects and complex door system configurations.
  • Coordinate closely with the production unit in the Czech Republic to secure accurate planning and on‑time deliveries.
  • Handle export documentation and ensure compliance with customs and export control requirements.
  • Maintain and improve internal systems and the web shop, including price updates and product master data.

 

The Skills and Experience You Need
We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience managing B2B order flows, including quotes, orders, documentation, and ERP‑based order handling.
  • Solid understanding of export procedures, customs regulations, and international delivery requirements.
  • Fluent in Swedish with strong daily communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Confident working in ERP systems (preferably Baan) and skilled in standard Microsoft Office applications; experience with web shop platforms is an advantage.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders such as production, freight forwarders, and sales teams in an international environment.

 

This role requires someone who is structured, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a coordinating position with many moving parts. You communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders, and you enjoy supporting others to keep processes running smoothly. Your positive attitude, helpful mindset, and strong sense of ownership make you reliable in handling time‑sensitive tasks and complex export flows. You are proactive, service‑minded, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment where accuracy, follow‑up, and problem‑solving are key to delivering a professional customer experience.
