What you would do as our Financial Controller Europe
This vital role reports directly to the Financial Director Europe at BSI. As part of this dynamic position, you'll be responsible for the consolidation of month-end closings, forecasts, and plans with precision and finesse. Additionally, you'll lend your expertise to special projects and play a key role in crafting detailed HFM and BI reports. Join us in making significant strides in financial excellence within our organization.


You would also:
•    Provide ad-hoc support to sales companies and implement central initiatives.
•    Develop performance reports in HFM Finance and BI sales analysis.
•    Analyze and present closing results and forecasts.
•    Drive working capital improvements and manage overdue accounts receivable.
•    Assist in integrating newly acquired companies into ASSA ABLOY reporting standards.
•    Maintain internal control and ensure financial reporting quality for selected entities.


The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
•    minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance/Controlling.
•    understands the importance of meeting deadlines and thrives in a challenging international environment.
•    an university degree in finance, accounting or similar
•    experience from a similar role in a multinational company alternative experience from an international auditing firm.
•    excellent written and spoken skills in English

 

As a person, you are expected to possess a strong skill set and thrive in a dynamic work environment. Key attributes include analytical thinking, effective communication, and proficiency in Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience on development of BI tools is an advantage. ´
Proactivity, resilience, and leadership experience are also highly valued traits. Additionally, you must be hands-on and open-minded to adapt to evolving challenges and opportunities.
