What you would do as our ERP Manager
You will lead the company's ERP strategy, operations, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a primary focus on Infor LN. You will be responsible for managing and developing the ERP team, ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability. In close collaboration with business stakeholders, you will drive process optimization across key functions, including manufacturing, supply chain, and finance, ensuring that the ERP platform effectively supports business objectives and operational excellence.
You would also:
• Lead and develop the ERP team, providing coaching, performance management, and clear direction while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused culture.
• Own and manage the Infor LN/Baan environment, including system configuration, enhancements, integrations, support processes, training, and user adoption, ensuring reliability and alignment with business needs.
• Define and execute the ERP roadmap, driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, scalability, and long-term value from the ERP platform.
• Lead ERP programs and projects, including upgrades, module implementations, integrations, and business process optimization initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive governance and collaboration, partnering with operations, supply chain, finance, IT, and external vendors to maintain high standards for data quality, change management, security, documentation, and service delivery.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
• Has proven leadership experience in managing ERP, business systems, or IT teams, with a track record of developing capabilities, coaching team members, and driving results.
• Demonstrates experience with ERP integrations and architecture, including ION, APIs, middleware solutions, and enterprise data flows.
• Experience of Infor LN and/or Baan, including functional and/or technical knowledge of key modules such as manufacturing, planning, warehousing, and finance.
• Possesses a sound understanding of business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance, with the ability to align system capabilities with operational requirements and see the bigger picture across functions.
• Combines analytical capabilities with a hands-on and flexible mindset, bringing effective problem-solving, resilience under pressure, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to think outside the box while driving continuous improvement and resolving complex ERP challenges.
Ideally, you would also have experience with Infor M3, Infor OS, ION, or CloudSuite, along with a background in manufacturing or industrial environments and knowledge of data governance and master data management.
