BI Lead - Data Analytics

What you would do as our BI Lead - Data Analytics
You would be responsible for service data strategy.
You would also:
• Give input to the service data strategy and define where the master data sits in the IT landscape (ERP, FSM, CRM, …) and who is responsible for which data.
• Define monitoring routines to ensure reliable service data.
• Define service requirements for reporting tools (Power BI or other): Dashboards, graphs, tables etc.
• Coordínate requirements between BUs, define priorities, validate tools delivered by IT developers.
• Roll out BSP service reporting tools into the Bus.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
• Has minimum 3 years of experience in data management and experience in data analytics (analyzing database) and experience in service business.
• Has experience in creating Power BI reporting tools, data strategy is a plus.
• Has strong conceptual and analytical skills and interpersonal skills as ability to communicate with multiple persons.
• Has a strong drive and sense of results and strong eagle view - overview of issues and deep dive in the details.
• Is fluent in English.
