Software Marketing Intern

 

Job Summary

 

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Software Marketing Intern to join our dynamic Marketing team. As a Software Marketing Intern, you will be integrated into the day-to-day activities of the Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in the field of Marketing.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

 

    • Monitor and Triage Feedback: Review app feedback, create issue/requirement tickets, and escalate technical support issues to the Customer Support team.
    • Automation tasks: Assist in automating feedback channels to streamline the collection and triaging of user feedback.
    • Restructure FAQ & Create User Manual: Help reorganize the FAQ section and contribute to the creation of an app manual for new users.
    • Roadmap Planning: Support the planning and coordination of product development across the App, Cloud, and Firmware.
    • Cloud Dashboard & Progress Monitoring: Assist in writing user stories and track the progress of MS Power BI Cloud dashboard creation and support.
    • App Store Reviews: Contribute to executing strategies to collect more reviews on the App Store, Play Store, and other product stores.
    • Survey Creation: Help with assisting the team in creating surveys, to gather insights about new features across the SW roadmap.
    • App Page refresh: Help to keep the App store content and the App page in the website current.
    • Training content: Help with creating training content for the Customer support team by coordinating with the UI/UX and the Engineering teams.

 

Education and Experience Profile

  • Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in, Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Motivated self-starter committed to learning the ins and outs of the Marketing department structure and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in a professional setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to interact with various levels of management while being positive and professional.
  • Ability to multi-task & prioritize with excellent follow-through and task completion
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, often-changing environment
  • Flexible and positive attitude; able to work independently and within teams
