Senior Manager, Supply Chain

Job Summary
The Sr. Manager, Integrated Supply Chain Planning leads end-to-end planning for Electronic Locks, from customer demand through material readiness, production scheduling, and delivery. This role owns forecast alignment, multi-site supply and production plans, and planning trade-offs across customer service, inventory, working capital, and cost. The leader directs a global planning team and establishes one integrated plan across the manufacturing and distribution network.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- (15%) Lead, mentor, and develop demand, supply, CPFR, and production planning employees across multiple sites and time zones. Set clear expectations, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, build planning capabilities, support career growth and succession, and hold the team accountable for results. Establish common planning processes, data, performance measures, and escalation standards.
- (20%) Own the Electronic Locks demand plan and S&OP demand alignment process. Partner with Sales and Product Management to improve forecast accuracy and bias by customer, channel, and product, and translate demand volatility into supply and capacity plans.
- (20%) Own time-phased material requirements for mechanical components, electronics, semiconductors, and PCBAs. Maintain visibility to lead times, minimum order quantities, lifecycle status, supplier-confirmed availability, and factory capacity; provide Sourcing with clear requirements and escalate supply gaps.
- (15%) Own the weekly master production schedule across the global manufacturing footprint. Maintain clear-to-build visibility, planning parameters, frozen-window discipline, and schedule change control; resolve competing priorities when supply or capacity is constrained.
- (10%) Optimize inventory and working capital while controlling excess, obsolete, stranded, and premium material exposure. Quantify impacts including downtime, lost output, labor inefficiency, expedite cost, premium freight, delayed revenue, and customer penalties.
- (10%) Build plans to customer ship dates and coordinate with Manufacturing, Transportation, Distribution, and Customer Service to manage inbound flow, backlog, fulfillment risk, on-time delivery, and on-time in-full performance.
- (5%) Own material and schedule readiness for launches, transfers, engineering changes, phase-in and phase-out, and end-of-life transitions.
- (5%) Improve planning processes, master data, ERP parameters, reporting, and decision routines. Present decision-ready scenarios to senior leadership and drive corrective action that reduces recurring shortages and expedite activity.

- Ability to connect component availability and manufacturing schedules to customer service, inventory, working capital, cost, revenue, and operational performance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, people-leadership, and executive-communication skills, with hands-on experience using ERP, planning systems, reporting, and advanced data analysis.
