SAP (SCM) Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Supply Chain Analyst to support our Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes within the SAP environment. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience with SAP systems, focusing on modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PP (Production Planning). The ideal candidate will have a passion for supply chain processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
SAP System Support:
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of SAP SCM modules (MM, SD, PP).
- Support day-to-day operations by troubleshooting system issues and providing solutions.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and business users to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support supply chain decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with supply chain, procurement, and production teams to ensure seamless SAP operations.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business units, translating business needs into technical requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in projects aimed at optimizing supply chain processes within SAP.
- Stay updated on SAP best practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Training & Documentation:
- Assist in developing user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide support and training to end-users as needed.
Education and Experience Profile
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in SAP or supply chain-related roles (internships or academic projects with SAP exposure are a plus).

- Basic understanding of SAP modules related to Supply Chain (MM, SD, PP).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Proficient in change management and process optimization.
- SAP certification is highly desirable.
- SAP S4 HANA Implementation and Support Experience a Plus
Work Environment:
- Hybrid work.
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Pay Range: $78,343-$114,903.
This “base salary range” is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
