Marketing Intern - Channel

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Channel Marketing Intern to join our dynamic Baldwin Marketing team. As a Channel Marketing Intern, you will be integrated into the day-to-day activities, learning and supporting both the Marketing and Sales organizations and gleaning a holistic view of marketing operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with not only marketing, but go-to-market functions. Must be available to work onsite in our Lake Forest office 3 days a week for our hybrid schedule – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Will be remote Mondays and Fridays.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Craft creative briefs to develop marketing assets and sales tools.
- Support the development of training presentations and business reviews.
- Manage marketing collateral deployment in collaboration with the sales team.
- Assist, coordinate, and develop strategies and materials to support regional tradeshows and customer events.
- Learn and support the display development, fabrication, and execution process.
- Support cross departmental projects, leading communications and follow ups with key stakeholders.
- Learn and implement new program management tools to support marketing operations and new product launches.
Education and Experience Profile
- Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in, Business, Marketing, Psychology or related field.
- Motivated self-starter committed to learning the ins and outs of Marketing or Sales.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in a professional setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Willingness to study reference materials, ask questions and resolve problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to grow from constructive feedback.
- Ability to prioritize with excellent follow-through and task completion.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, often-changing environment.
- Flexible and positive attitude; able to work independently and within teams.
