Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary
The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing clerical, administrative and internal customer service support to the cross functional HR team ASSA ABLOY Americas Residential (AAAR). Duties will include direct involvement in the organization’s engagement, recruiting, onboarding, benefit and HRIS programs, as well as interaction with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
(55%) Employee Data Entry, Maintenance, and Integrity
- (20%) Enter, audit, and maintain integrity of all employee data in HRIS (GPS) and payroll system (Ceridian Dayforce), to include; payroll changes, processing change action forms (promotion, termination, cost center and supervisor changes, etc.) and entering employee data changes, sometimes requiring direct partnership with the Corporate Center of Excellence (COE).
- (5%) Support payroll in ensuring timesheets and time off requests are processed on a weekly/monthly basis. Provide payroll system support for employees and managers as needed.
- (5%) Collect international company organizational charts and condense total divisional report for publishing on company intranet
- (5%) Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to administer contingent workforce tracking in the areas of hiring, terminating, and reporting.
- (5%) Support internal partners with various ad hoc reporting in HRIS.
- (5%) Create job requisitions in HRIS.
(30%) Business Partner Support
- (5%) Provide customer service to employee population and escalate to appropriate HR personnel or Shared Services group, to include monitoring the HR Help email account.
- (5%) Partner with HRBP’s and Hiring Managers to onboard new hires.
- (5%) Update Organizational charts as necessary.
- (5%) Coordinate exit process and documentation for employee exit process.
- (5%) Support HR Business Partners with annual and ongoing HR projects, such as; Talent Review, bonus programs, merit and salary planning.
- (5%) Assist with the development and implementation of HR related policies and procedures including assisting with effective communication and updates as necessary.
(10%) Employee Programs
- Track and collect documentation of the Tuition Reimbursement program for all employees.
- Support wellness and engagement initiatives such as blood drives, health & wellness fair, engagement events annual biometric screenings, etc.
- Engage in and support communication and execution of community events and programs
- Receiving, organizing, and dispensing service awards to managers and preparing reporting for digital signage
(5%) Ad Hoc
- Develop SOP’s for all ongoing administrative HR processes.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Maintain physical employee files.
- Complete PO’s for invoice payment for HR initiatives and programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Profile
- Associates degree required
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on Human Resource Management preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- 1 - 2 years relevant experience in Human Resources environment
- HRIS experience preferred
- Dayforce experience preferred

Pay Range: $37,438-$58,831.
This “base salary range” is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location. ASSA ABLOY conducts regular review of compensation ranges and therefore reserves the right to alter this range at any given time.
