- Create Visual Workflows: Translate complex procedures into clear swim-lane diagrams and flowcharts using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
- Identify "Tribal Knowledge": Formalize undocumented business rules that have been passed down verbally, ensuring they are preserved in a central repository.
- Gap Analysis Support: Assist in identifying bottlenecks or "pain points" where the ERP limits business efficiency or data visibility.
- Maintain Documentation: Organizes and uploads all process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs) into SharePoint or Confluence.
- Data Field Mapping: Document key data points within the system (e.g., SKU formats, customer IDs) to assist with future data integrity projects.

- Ability to take a complex, multi-step process and break it down into logical, sequential steps.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interview staff and explain technical workflows in simple terms.
- A high level of accuracy when documenting system fields and business rules.
- An interest in how ERPs (e.g., QAD, Oracle/SAP versions, or proprietary systems) function compared to modern SaaS solutions.
- Basic familiarity with flowcharting logic (Start/Stop, Decision Diamonds, Process Steps) is a plus.
Work Environment
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Hybrid work in our Lake Forest Headquarter office at least 3 days/week.
