Associate Content Manager

Job Summary
The Associate Content Manager position will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing Pfister Faucet’s digital content, CGI and video production, and social media initiatives to extend brand reach, ensure content consistency, and support broader marketing and business objectives. This role will help manage Pfister Faucet’s digital presence across platforms and ensure that all content aligns with strategic priorities, target audiences, brand guidelines, and product accuracy standards. Must be available to work onsite in our Lake Forest office 3 days a week for our hybrid schedule – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Will be remote Mondays and Fridays.
This is a cross-functional, consumer-facing role that serves as a brand steward and content champion for the Pfister Faucet brand. The Associate Content Manager will collaborate closely with brand marketing, product management, creative team, and external vendors to deliver high-quality visual and written content across digital channels. By analyzing digital content performance, industry trends, and consumer behavior, this role will recommend content strategies, manage execution, and oversee distribution of digital assets including CGI imagery, videos, A+ content, email content, social posts, and other digital marketing materials.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
(25%) CGI & Visual Asset Production Management
- Collaborate with product managers to develop Statements of Work (SOWs) for CGI vendors
- Gather and organize CGI production inputs including CAD/STP files, logos, finishes, textures, colors, and mood boards
- Review CGI renders for product accuracy, visual quality, and alignment with Pfister brand standards
- Coordinate CGI asset delivery and file transfers via Hightail and Workfront for internal stakeholders
(35%) Digital Content Production & Project Management
- Manage digital and print content workflows in Workfront, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Support designers in a self-managed project ownership model while ensuring alignment with priorities
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital platforms
- Create, review, test, and approve digital content including A+ content, product copy, email assets, and digital imagery
- Monitor industry trends and consumer insights to inform content direction and ensure relevance
- Manage product review content workflows and approvals
(25%) Social Media & Influencer Marketing
- Curate and distribute social content across platforms to support brand awareness, product launches, and campaigns
- Execute social media campaigns aligned with broader marketing initiatives and brand strategies
- Monitor competitor social activity and industry trends to inform strategy and optimization
- Identify, manage, and coordinate influencer partnerships including contracts, sampling, and deliverables tracking
(10%) Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track digital content and social performance metrics to inform future content strategies
- Provide insights and recommendations to brand, marketing, and creative teams
(5%) Other
- Contribute to broader marketing strategy initiatives and provide recommendations to improve content processes, workflows, and brand impact
Education and Experience Profile
- BA or BS College graduate – preferably with emphasis in Radio TV Film, Journalism, Communications, and/or marketing
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years of content management.
Required Skills
- Proficient writer/ editor
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of brand communication, and digital marketing
- Knowledge of web media and technology
- Knowledge and participation in social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X etc.)
- Experience with Social Media automation/analysis tools (Ex: Hootsuite, Insights, Spredfast)

Work Environment:
- Hybrid schedule: onsite Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday and Friday.
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- 5% Travel
Pay Range: $64,746-$101,743.
This “base salary range” is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
