The Customer Service Representative is in charge of processing orders, customer requests and complaints according to the procedures established or to be established.

 

The qualified candidate is the main interface between customers and all internal services of HID Textile Services and contributes to the satisfaction of our customers / partners by the quality of the information / answers provided, and the respect of our commitments (deadlines ...).

Essential Duties

  • Processing orders received by HID Textile Services.
  • Acknowledge and confirm lead times (in relation with Business Operations) and invoice.
  • Ensuring compliance with the applicable prices and payment terms.
  • Informing customers and considering their requests concerning their orders (past, current or future).
  • Customer complaints (RMA) processing (Repair quotes and shipment of repaired products back to customers).
  • Ensuring on time deliveries on time to customers according to the relevant internal teams (Quality / Supply Chain / Support etc).
  • Providing back-up to Customer Service Team Leader for (Weekly and/or monthly reporting.
  • Reconciling documents relating to the orders of its accounts receivable (orders / delivery notes / invoices / proof of shipment / customs EX1) in case of any accounting / tax or customs control.

 

Primary Duties

  • Involvement in the definition and evolution of the procedures for processing orders.
  • Responsibility of the application of order processing procedures and Sales Administration reporting.
  • Proactive Backlog management in order to reflect in the ERP system the customer requests and commitments of the Supply Chain.
  • Provide accurate visibility of ongoing customer requests to the Supply Chain to allow proper planning.

 

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and practices.
  • Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Good level of oral and written English.
  • Bac +2.

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Rigorous and responsive in processing requests from customers with whom he/she is in constant contact.
  • Curious about other company processes.
  • Team spirit.
  • Force of proposal, adaptation skills, ability to prioritize.
  • Being familiar with the operational aspects of the business and knows how to interface with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance.

 

Work Requirements

  • Compliance with all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
  • Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required. Therefore, employee must possess, or be able to acquire a valid passport.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which you are hired.
