Position: Sales Manager

Location: Hong Kong

Reporting to: General Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop effective sales strategies aligned with the company's mission and objectives.
  • Implement the sales strategy to meet short and long-term sales targets.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and establish targets for product mix, sales volume, market share, and business development.
  • Monitor sales performance and adapt strategies to respond to market changes.
  • Cultivate relationships with major prospects and negotiate sales terms with key clients.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall company goals.
  • Foster positive relationships with external partners involved in product manufacturing, distribution, or representation.
  • Responsible for the Hong Kong and Macau markets.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on driving sales growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the relevant industry.
