What you would do as our Solutions Architect - Threat Intelligence

 

You will become a part of the global Cyber Security team responsible for designing and implementing secure cyber security solutions tailored to our company needs, with primary focus on Threat Intelligence. In this role, you will actively participate in proof of concepts, ensuring the robustness and effectiveness of our solutions.

What is more, you will be partnering with our internal customers and external strategic partners, you will increase the IT infrastructure's quality and efficiency and plan for future growth. 

 

You will play an essential role in serving as the point of escalation for threat intelligence issues and collecting feedback and requirements from customers and other stakeholders. You will contribute to driving a standardized secure network infrastructure design and architecture, ensuring compliance with related policies. Your responsibilities will include defining processes and routines, and ensuring that documentation is correctly updated and maintained 

 

You would also:

  • Interact with a team of internal and external experts to continuously drive and improve security and optimize operation. 
  • Develop, implement, and monitor applicable metrics for related operations as well as provide reports to our customers.   
  • Leverage knowledge of common attacker techniques and business processes to develop and refine queries to identify malicious activity.  
  • Analyze collected logs to find potential issues and search ways to improve the infrastructure performance. 
  • Test and run deployment of new security solutions within ASSA ABLOY group.  
  • Participate in self-development courses within the area of the Cyber Security. 
  • Support threat intelligence processes within the ASSA ABLOY group.  
  • Along with security monitoring, perform other security operation activities.   
  • Support development of our capabilities to detect emerging threat patterns and vulnerabilities. 

 

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:

  • Has minimum 5 years of overall IT experience, is passionate about cybersecurity, with a focus on Threat Intelligence and EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response). 
  • Has experience in Threat Intelligence Tools and Platforms: Proficiency with tools such as EASM (External Attack Surface Monitoring), SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), IDS/IPS (Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems), Security Performance Management (SPM) solutions, honeypots and other threat intelligence platforms. 
  • Can demonstrate advanced knowledge in one or more of the following areas: network security principles, host-based security principles, network and system administration, forensic analysis principles, cyber threat intelligence principles, endpoint protection, and/or counterintelligence operations. 
  • Has extensive experience from similar roles in an international company with a global spread, working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Has ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.

 

Ideally, you would also have at least one of the following certifications in Security+, MCSA/MCSE, CISSP, CEH or equivalent, however this is not a must-have for the role.
