Solution Architect - Group IT Infrastructure Advisory Team

Location: Kraków or Malmö

ASSA ABLOY Group is a global leader in access solutions, powering secure identities for millions worldwide. We foster a collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic work environment where creativity, learning, and career growth are encouraged.

Are you ready for a new challenge in IT? Join our Group IT Infrastructure Advisory team as a Solution Architect in Kraków or Malmö and play a pivotal role in guiding customers through the adoption, migration, and management of IT infrastructure services. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring our products and services align with organizational objectives and deliver real business outcomes.

What would you do as our Solution Architect

  • Lead product service improvements: collect and refine customer ideas, conduct sign-offs with divisions.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements, translate into actionable features, and define key product metrics.
  • Advise teams on designing, building, and deploying secure, scalable IT infrastructure (cloud, networking, storage, security).
  • Identify architectural risks and security vulnerabilities, recommend best practices, and ensure compliance.
  • Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and lead the Center of Excellence, sharing best practices.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is able to sell our solutions, guide customers to the best decisions, and collaborate with solution architects to create optimal solutions.
  • Has a strong IT infrastructure background (cloud, virtualization, networking, databases) with focus on connectivity and network security.
  • Communicates complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and understands Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Can influence without formal authority, advising and guiding teams, working proactively and independently.
  • Is willing to travel internationally, has experience in a global organization, and speaks English at a professional level.

We review applications regularly, so don’t wait

We are building diverse, inclusive teams, and encourage applications from everyone -– from fresh talent to experienced professionals – so if you feel like this is the job for you and you see yourself working with us, just set up your profile and apply.
