IT Support Specialist

What you would do as our IT Support Specialist  

You will be actively involved in a variety of office IT-related projects, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes. Handling and resolving user hardware issues promptly, you will ensure minimal downtime and smooth operation of daily activities. In addition, you will maintain and update the IT knowledge base, ensuring that information is current, accessible, and useful for all team members. 

 

Managing IT equipment will be a key part of your role, ensuring all devices are functional, properly maintained, and efficiently utilized. You will also administer local IT and office systems, including printers, the Evoko system, the server room, and cabling, ensuring that these critical resources are always in optimal condition. 

Your proactive and diligent approach will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, supporting both immediate and long-term business objectives. 

 

This position requires the ability to work 3 - 4 days per week on site. 

The skills and experience you need  

  • Secondary technical IT degree 

  • University degree/student – will be an asset 

  • English – communicative, both written and verbal 

  • Practical knowledge of Windows 11 

  • MS Office suite knowledge 

  • Basic knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi 

  • Basics knowledge of Windows AD 

  • Solid IT hardware assembling and maintenance skills 

  • Good hardware and software troubleshooting skills 

  • Strong analytical skills 

  • True team player 

  • Good communication skills 

  • High degree of ownership and accountability 

  • Sense of humor – mandatory 😉
