Location: This is an onsite position based out of Kent, WA 5 days a week (must currently live within commuting distance)

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Client engagement: Respond to inbound inquiries, present and explain products or services, and build relationships with customers.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and learn new product information quickly.
- Administrative tasks: Manage and update CRM systems with accurate client data and sales activity logs.
- Assist customers with order processing, shipment tracking, and returns or exchanges.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
Inside Sales:
- Customer data and database updates and management.
- Making outbound calls to customers, researching leads from various sources, and responding to inbound marketing inquiries.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Sales revenue allocation and monthly reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with outside sales team to improve lead quality, open new accounts, assist with resolving customer issues, and provide quick and reliable support.
- Back-up for all duties related to the Administrator, Pricing and Quoting role.
- Event Management: Help plan and execute events for internal and external training and tradeshows.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Your background includes a College/University degree (preference for business administration or a similar field), or have work experience commensurate with, minimum high school/GED diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and/or other sales tools.
- Understanding of the basic Commercial construction process is a plus.
- You have a can-do, positive and entrepreneurial spirit.
- You are a self-motivated, organized individual who takes pride in attention to details and accuracy in their work.
- You're a multi-tasker who can manage time and projects proficiently.
- Can work independently while being part of a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Sales acumen: Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and the ability to build rapport.
- Strong time management, organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Special considerations:
- This position is not remote and is expected to be in person full-time Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

The wage range for this role is $70K - $80K and considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business requirements, geographic location and other business and organizational needs.
