Technical Service Specialist with previous heavy industrial experience needed on-site in Kenosha, WI.

 

TECHNICAL SERVICE - PROBLEM SOLVING

  • Interfacing with customers via phone and email for troubleshooting and product functionality
  • Traveling to customer locations for installations, assessments and repairs
  • Documenting data obtained during all technical service activities 
  • Looking for opportunities to reduce cost and improve overall quality  

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors’ degree or certification in mechanical or electrical systems or equivalent work experience
  • Three+ years experience in a technical support role, preferrable in a manufacturing setting
  • Working knowledge of/experience with mechanics, electrical panels, VFD drives, PLCs and industrial controls
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs, CRM and ERP/JDE
