Manager, Industrial Doors Product

Industrial Doors Product Manager with previous manufacturing, industrial, and/or high speed door experience needed on-site in Kenosha, WI.

Job Duties

• Lead strategic development and management of industrial door equipment products
• Conduct market analysis and assess customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate market requirements into technical specifications and ensure the successful development and launch of new products
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to define positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies
• Develop and manage forecasts, budgets, pricing strategies
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and training to internal teams and external stakeholders

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors’ degree (BA/BS) in Engineering, Sciences, Business or related field
• Minimum of 7 years prior program or significant project management experience

• Demonstrated ability to perform essential functions of the role generally acquired through 10+ years of related work experience, including 5+ leading multiple projects/programs of varying complexity and scope and direct leadership of teams
• Considerable experience with new product development program management
• Proficient in business applications software and specialized project management applications
• PMP certification preferred
