What you will be doing

• Review equipment & machinery to ensure performance
• Coordinate with plant operations to resolve mechanical challenges
• Evaluation & documentation of current preventative processes
• Leadership, coaching and guidance within the team
• Cooperation and teamwork with production leadership

Who we are looking for

• Experience with CNC, auto glue, welding operations
• Understands Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and quality principles
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in a related role
• Spanish fluency would be great
