Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…

 

As the Warehouse Associate for the Global solutions division of ASSA ABLOY, you will have the opportunity to … Ship and Receive Access Control Products in a Clean and Safe Work Environment.

 

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for … shipping and receiving products, inventory recording, and cycle counts.

 

What you will do…

 

  • Obtain and process sales orders coming through for shipment.
  • Meet expectations of standard packaging requirements.
  • Report all discrepancies of errors to Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Follow safe work procedures and polices designated for all work areas.
  • Follow standardized best practices for designated work areas.
  • Receive, inspect, stock, and process all incoming materials.
  • Ability to operate a forklift (Certification will be provided).
  • Weekly inventory cycle counts.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

 

What we expect of you…

 

  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in UPS, FedEx, DHL shipping and receiving and inventory operations.
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • You will need to be located in or near Kennesaw, GA, for daily commute.
