Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior AR Analyst to play a crucial role in our financial operations. Your main responsibilities will include efficiently tracking and analyzing customer accounts receivable balances, collecting and summarizing data from various sources, maintaining customer accounts, and analyzing data to track payments and improve customer collections.
Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will play a crucial part in identifying and resolving discrepancies in customer payment records and managing accounts to ensure timely and accurate recording, collection, reconciliation, and reporting of accounts receivable. Your role is integral to maintaining the financial stability of our operations.
What you will do…
- Monitor and review customer accounts receivable balances
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve customer accounts receivable balance discrepancies
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and obtain necessary documents
- Generate and reconcile customer accounts receivable reports
- Conduct research to identify and resolve customer accounts receivable issues
- Analyze customer accounts receivable data to identify collection issues
- Collaborate with the broader team in developing and modifying customer account procedures
- Prepare customer accounts receivable reports and review them for accuracy
- Make collection calls and perform follow-up activities for customer accounts receivable payments
- Safeguard customer accounts receivable data and ensure the accuracy of records
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts receivable issues
- Other ad hoc reporting as assigned
What we expect of you…
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and NetSuite
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 2-4 years' experience in analysis or financial role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
