We have a fantastic opportunity for a Manufacturing Test Engineer.

 

Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…

The Manufacturing Test Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing test procedures and systems to ensure the quality and functionality of products during the manufacturing process. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze test data, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with the production and manufacturing teams to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

 

What you will do…

  • Collaborate daily with the Director of Production and Manufacturing to ensure effective and ongoing product testing. 
  • Develop software essential for testing hardware products. 
  • Coordinate with the R&D team for firmware and software releases. 
  • Execute RMA testing, evaluation, and processing. 
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with nonfunctional electronic assemblies. 
  • Support and coach the production team by answering questions and providing assistance related to assembly builds and test outcomes. 
  • Assist with the repairs and maintenance of assembly and testing equipment. 
  • Develop, review, revise, and communicate Standard Operating Procedures. 
  • Act as a hands-on coach and mentor for the team, providing guidance during builds and offering direction as needed. 
  • Analyze the root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions. 
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations. 
  • Ensure high standards of quality control for all products.

 

We expect of you…

  • Proven experience in Software Development.
  • Skilled in electronic troubleshooting
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities 
  • Deep understanding of Oracle, specifically in relation to NetSuite operations 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to foster and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers 
  • Superior organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
