Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…


As the Inside Sales Associate for the Global solutions division of ASSA ABLOY, you will have the opportunity to work on a bright team of individuals dedicated to delivering a wide range of comprehensive security products to our customers.


What you will do…


  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails


  • Ask questions of customers to understand needs and requirements


  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure


  • Place orders for customers


  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest



  • Perform effective online demos to prospects


What we expect of you…


  • Proven inside sales experience


  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day


  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools


  • Experience working with or similar CRM


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Strong listening and presentation skills


  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
