Specified scope:
• Co-creation and implementation of sales policy for products
• business continuity solutions for end customers, acquiring new data based on market detection and analysis
• Building business connection with opponents on all business enterprises (technicians, directors, directors and management)
• Analysis of market trends in the field of given segments and groups
• has knowledge of customer needs and unconventional update solutions that are effective for customers
• Monitoring and improving the team's work
• Implementation of sales installations and commissioning
• Online commerce analysis
• supervising the progress of activities in signed contracts, supervising their budgeting, meeting contractual deadlines
• Participation in the development and management of pricing policy
• Introducing new products for sale - defining a policy in this area and enabling its use
• Participation in the creation of the annual code and partial budgets for individual regions, monitoring their final implementation deviations and implementing corrective actions in the event of such application
• Taking care of your own self-development, updating product knowledge, and taking care of the development of subordinate employees
Requirements:
• Experience and knowledge of the construction market
• Experience with a business client
• Experience in managing a sales department for at least 2 years
• Business or technical background
• Knowledge of sales techniques
• Ease of establishing business contacts and awareness of building relationships also with senior management staff on the client's side
• Proactive attitude, the ability to set priorities and the attitude to look for non-standard solutions
• Good knowledge of English enabling oral and written communication
• University degree in economics or technology
• Very good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Valid category B driving license
