Product Support Engineer, DAS EMEIA
- Support ASSA ABLOY's internal teams in a second-line support function for electromechanical and keyless locking solutions.
- Ensure the smooth operation of Windows and Linux-based hosting environments.
- Perform maintenance, change, and monitoring activities related to cloud hosting.
- Offer technical support to selected enterprise customers.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to facilitate efficient support and operations.
- Strong knowledge of digital solutions and the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken, is required. Additional fluency in Finnish would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Service Desk operations and ticketing best practices.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and baseline information security principles.
- A driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively, and builds strong relationships with stakeholders.
