Product Marketing Manager Finland Abloy OS & CLIQ

The purpose of this role is to:
- Plan and drive the key growth initiatives within designated product areas within selected markets of Nordic Business Area.
- Act as the link between Product Management in the Digital and Access Solutions Product Segment and the sales and marketing teams of the Nordic Business Area, ensuring a strong market presence and customer focus.
- Drive sales enablement within designated product areas from customer vertical perspective.

Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of strategies for new and existing products across multiple sales channels and market verticals and explore new expansion opportunities.
- Product Launches: Collaborate cross-functionally ensure successful product launches together with key stakeholders.
- Compelling Messaging: Create and adapt product messaging and positioning for diverse audiences and market verticals. Offer sales trainings and advanced sales support.
- Sales Enablement: Develop, support, and report on sales initiatives to boost product awareness and demand. Provide ongoing product knowledge and equip the sales team to effectively sell the solutions.
- Market Research and Voice of Customer studies: Conduct research to understand customer needs & use cases, market trends and the competitive landscape, with the purpose to communicate a tailored value proposition to the market as well as forwarding new product/solution requirements back internally to Product Management.
- Market requirements: Gather and specify local market requirements (standards, rules & legislation, customer needs) and drive requirements to Product Management.
- Data Management: Manage product data, information, and media for your product area on our websites, ordering and customer service tools.
- Financial Planning: Participate in financial planning by forecasting and following up on sales budgets within your product areas.
The current focus of this role is expected to be on ABLOY OS and ABLOY CLIQ within Finland and ABLOY International business. However, the focus can possibly change over time should the priorities change.
Education and Work Experience:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
- Experience in growth-driving technical sales, and/or customer processing/acquisition or similar in a B2B context.
- Previous experience from product marketing or similar is highly meriting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent and effective communication skills in English and Finnish.
- This position requires frequent travel on 20-30% to collaborate with local sales teams, visiting fairs/events and customers in Finland and abroad.
