What you would do as our Product Group Manager
You would drive, launch and manage the life cycle of Electric Locks solutions. Play a vital part in our company and have ownership of one of our largest and most important product ranges. You would manage the product group in a way that enables good customer experience and high security in our global markets to enable ABLOY’s business to grow.
You would also:
⦁    You will be responsible of the product life cycle management from pricing to solution development and execution of the product growth plans. 
⦁    The work will include decision-making and close collaboration with a bunch of experienced business- and product manager colleagues, sales teams, R&D, service operations as well as production, sourcing and marketing. 

 


The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
⦁    Holds a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field or possesses equivalent work experience.
⦁    Is fluent in both written and spoken Finnish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
⦁    Demonstrates strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
⦁    Has excellent negotiation and motivational skills for working with various stakeholders.
⦁    Works in a systematic and organized manner.
⦁    Maintains a customer-centric mindset and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
Ideally, you would also bring previous experience in Product Management, experience with locking and access management solutions, relevant industry knowledge from either the locking industry or related fields, and a strong understanding of B2B business and sales dynamics."
