This position exists to charge the new product introduction, Including setting up the BOM and Routing in ERP system, WI preparing and train the operator. And follow the related ECN.
Evaluation and definition the product from customer demand, optimization and improvement the operation process. Cost down in large rate.
该职位主要负责新产品新项目的导入和控制，包括在ERP系统里建立BOM和Routing, WI的编写，员工的培训， 并跟踪和完成对应的ECN。
对于客户的产品需求进行评估和定义，优化和改善产线的工作流程，并最大化的降低成本。

Responsible for new product of trial run and mass production track. Especially for setting up the BOM & ROUTING in ERP system. Ensure the configure in ERP align with drawing’s requirement completely. 负责新产品试产及批量投产工作。特别是在ERP系统里为新项目建立BOM 和routing.确保系统里约束条件的建立，与图纸的要求完全一致。 |

Based on new product drawing from R&D, production engineer need establish the suitable process and meet the drawing requirement. After mass production, need improve the process and cost down and increase the productivity together with the related department. 根据研发的新产品图纸，需要制定合适的工艺来生产，并满足图纸的要求。量产后需要协调相关部门贯彻执行改善和优化，提高效率，降低成本。 |

Set up and maintenance the assembly line for production, Set up and maintenance the ERP system. Review and close ECN. 负责与生产相关的产线的设计、制作。 建立和维护ERP 系统。评审并关闭相关的ECN.

Education/ Formal Qualifications 教育/基本素质要求
Bachelor degree, mechanical，industry engineering and correlative background.
本科学历，机械，工业工程或相关专业。
Experience
Five years of experience for manufacturing or industry engineering career. It is better if the candidate has ERP experience (especially has the configure edit experience).
有5年以上工作经验，从事过制造或者工业工程相关工作。有ERP系统维护（特别是configure编程经验）工作经验者优先。
