Summary

Responsible for assisting with order checking and commercial support activities.

 

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Assist in verifying sales data, orders and documents, ensuring they are correct before shipping or invoicing. Checking orders in the system (quantity, codes, values, deadlines and customer data); Support in controlling divergences and corrections with the responsible areas; Update of control spreadsheets; Support in organizing sector documents and reports; Communication with sales, inventory and logistics teams to ensure the correct progress of orders.

Education and/or Experience          

• Higher education in progress, in logistics administration or a related area. 

• Previous experience in administrative or logistics routines.

• Easy with numbers and data checking.

 

Language Skills                   

  • Ability to effectively communicate in Portuguese language verbally and in writing.

 

Computer Skills     

  • Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of management systems (CRM Sales Force and Protheus) will be an advantage.
