Position Summary

ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Pvt Ltd , is looking for an Sr, Executive Centralize Data Processing for our manufacturing plant – SMI, Jamnagar. This person shall be based out of Jamnagar . He/She will be responsible to Production & Process related activity of plant to enhance Plant manufacturing process and accuracy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Production Confirmation Entries in system in Line with Production team.
• Material Movement Based Process Confirmation in system,
• Daily Process Rejection & Scrap entries in system.
• Material Consumption analysis with Production Order
• Material Goods Receipt Entries daily basis.
• Procurement Material requisition & Oreder release
• Supporting Role In Inventory Ageing, Material Variance, Product Costing etc on monthly Basis
• Plant Process Change/Update Request & Coordination with SAP consultant.   
• Vendor Master Creation & Customer Creation in system
• Material Master, BOM & Routing Update as per production order.
• Supporting Role In Inventory Ageing, Material Variance, Product Costing etc

Skills Required:

• Have knowledge of factory operations.
• Best Knowledge of Metal Parts & Market trend
• Excellent communication skills ,verbal & written.
• Good grip on soft skills.
• High level of attention & accuracy towards the system.
• Possesses a high level of integrity and ownership of responsibilities.
• Keeps stakeholders updated on activities punctually.
• High level of initiative and flexibility in adapting to changing needs of dynamic work environment.
• Project Management Skills.

Education Qualification & Experience required:

•  Graduate / Post graduate with Knowledge of Business  Software with a minimum 6 years’ relevant experience Manufacturing /Metal Industries

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Advance Analytical Tools and Data representation tools such as Power Bi, Tableau SAP /Tally

Additional Information:

Travel extensively across customer geographies as well as  factory at Jamnagar.
