Senior HR Specialist
- Drive and support talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs to meet the hiring needs; deliver successful talent acquisition solutions across the regions to achieve lower cost of hire, quality of hire and speed of hire
- Accountable for the full cycle recruitment / talent acquisition process for assigned positions (including screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer management, etc) and deliver first-class TA experience
- Develop and coordinate Training & Development activities aligned with business priorities, while monitoring organizational and individual learning needs
- Coach and support managers in HR‑related topics to strengthen leadership capability and organizational effectiveness
- Safeguard a safe, healthy and positive work environment, ensuring correct and timely execution of performance, remuneration and HR compliance processes
- Provide operational HR management, co-ordination and administration in accordance with business requirements, HR best practice, legislation and organisational policies and professional HR advice, guidance and support to managers and staff
- Responsible for the administration, co-ordination and provision of HR support and guidance for a range of HR activities, including new starters, leavers, absence, payroll, training and development, health and safety, HR Policies and Procedures
- Familiarity with local labour law and compliance-related regulations and the Employment Act, and apply to the best industry practices
- Provide support and guidance to managers on employment issues, including disciplinary, grievance, employee turnover, absenteeism, work demands, morale and motivation
- Partner with the leadership team to understand and carry out the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning
- Develop and plan manpower resources to meet the operational and succession needs of the Company
- Work with line managers and L&D to identify employee training needs. Ensure comprehensive succession planning and effective job training. Monitor and communicate the use of the online learning program in Success Factor.
- Partner with the C&B team to establish competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure that the Company’s Human Resource principles and policies are interpreted and implemented correctly, and that an objective view of the Human Resource implications is represented in any commercial decision. Regularly review policies against changing needs and facilitate proper communication.
- Ensure accuracy in all payroll data before approval and payout. Provide timely and accurate payroll-related information to the HR Operations
- Advise on appropriate actions for performance standards. Foster communication, feedback, and high staff motivation. Provide personal and career counseling, acting as a central figure for objective views.
- Address human resources operational issues efficiently and resolve employee queries.
- Conduct exit interviews for resigned employees.
- Support HR initiatives at the local country level, offering advice, counsel, and information for change initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee welfare.
- Forecasting and allocating funds for workforce-related costs—salaries, recruitment, training and benefits to align with company objectives
