Marketing Specialist

To provide essential support to the ASSA ABLOY marketing team by assisting with local marketing activities, coordinating showroom operations, and contributing to dealer engagement efforts. This role is designed to strengthen campaign execution, improve content development processes, and ensure consistent brand representation across key touchpoints.

What do we expect from this role?

• Developing localized digital content using the company's brand portal with brand guidelines and local needs.
• Supporting marketing execution in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
• Facilitate communication between customers, dealers, sales, and marketing teams.
• Assist with organizing events, product demos, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with agencies to produce marketing materials (brochures, videos, case studies).
• Providing marketing tools and communication support to local distributors.
• Acting as web editor for local digital platforms.
  
  
  

What is required for this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Trade, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 1-2 years of experience in marketing.
• Familiarity with social media management, content planning, and digital design.
• Fluency in Turkish and English (spoken and written).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools is a plus.
