To manage and develop relationships to ensure product penetration and increase customer satisfaction in the marketplace. To develop and implement business strategies to expand sales targets and customer network.

 

What you would do as our Jr. Business Development Manager

  • Develop and implement business strategies to expand sales targets and customer networks.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to enter new markets.
  • Providing a coordinated working environment with the specification team.
  • Organizing trainings with Existing and Potential Customers.
  • Manage and develop relationships to ensure product penetration and increase customer satisfaction in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with internal and global teams to deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Prepare and update sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, market activities, and competitor analyses.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in the industry.

 

The Skills And Experience You Need

  • Graduated in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in business development, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 2  years of experience in Access Control Systems, Wireless Access Solutions, and Biometric Solutions.
  • Knowledge of project solutions through project or topology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced proficiency in English to communicate effectively with international clients and teams.
  • Ability to develop short and long-term business strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other related programs.
  • Ability to keep abreast of the latest developments in the industry.
