HR Generalist

The HR Generalist is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive employee experience, operational efficiency, and compliance with labor legislation and company policies.
What do we expect from this role?
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Coordinate employment contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace-related matters.
- Promote a positive employee experience and foster an inclusive work environment.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews.
- Support identification of development needs and implementation of training initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate monthly payroll processes in partnership with payroll providers, Finance, and relevant stakeholders.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and well-being programs.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
What is required for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related file.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.
- Experience supporting multiple HR disciplines including employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.
- Experience in a multinational and/or matrix organization is preferred.
- Good understanding of local labor law and HR best practices.
- Knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and HR analytics.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good command of written and spoken Turkish and English.
