What you would do as our Indirect Spend Analyst
The Analyst, Indirect Spend & Reporting plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, complete, and decision-ready data across Indirect Spend, Real Estate footprint, sustainability, compliance, and savings performance within ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions.
The role acts as a data owner and governance enabler, working across business areas, regions, and functions to standardize reporting, improve data quality, and enable fact-based decision-making.
You would also:
• Own and maintain data quality standards across Indirect Spend reporting domains and identify, validate, and resolve missing or inconsistent data across reporting tools.
• Maintain and govern the central Footprint Tool for Real Estate reporting and support standardized Indirect Spend and savings reporting in Provalido.
• Coordinate supplier Code of Conduct compliance tracking and reporting and collect and validate business travel and sustainability-related data.
• Support Category Managers with RFIs, RFQs, and supplier evaluations.
• Lead structured stakeholder reviews and provide management reporting and drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and tools.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
• Has Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance.
• Has passion and engagement for driving change as well as a strong desire to develop professionally.
• Is positive, entrepreneurial, and hands-on personality and has ability to multi-task on several ongoing projects.
• Has can-do attitude and a proactive mindset and also excellent social, collaboration and communication skills to navigate in a matrix organization.
• Has high proficiency in English.
