As a Software Training Specialist, you'll spearhead the transition from traditional methods to cutting-edge technological solutions. We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to become the foremost expert on our software solutions.

 

What you will be doing:

 

  • Master the intricacies of ASSA ABLOY software solutions and their intended applications for clients.

  • Collaborate with clients to grasp their operational needs, technological proficiency, and workflows.

  • Identify opportunities where ASSA ABLOY software can enhance client operations.

  • Formulate comprehensive implementation plans ensuring client satisfaction and potential sales growth.

  • Lead the implementation process from initial discussions to final sign-off and transition to Support.

  • Develop project plans and Statements of Work to define project scope and mitigate risks.

  • Manage resources and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Communicate project progress and address any issues or delays with stakeholders.

  • Manage client expectations and uphold Service Level Agreements.

  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients during training and project phases.

  • Collaborate with management to standardize implementation processes and tools.

  • Assess and address internal and external training needs, maintaining records accordingly.

  • Plan, organize, and deliver training sessions, leveraging various mediums for effective learning.

  • Create and refine training materials in coordination with the Training Manager.

  • Conduct individual or group training sessions both in-person and via web platforms.

  • Explore innovative technologies to enhance training delivery and user experience.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements to the Training Manager.

  • Optimize training schedules and methods to maximize user engagement.

  • Provide valuable customer feedback to the Training Manager and development team.
     

What we are looking for:
 

  • Experience in project management, sales, training, or support of software solutions for strategic customers.

  • Previous exposure to the Door and Hardware or Construction Industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and motivational abilities.

  • Proficiency in audiovisual equipment setup and presentation software.

  • Familiarity with Office, training software, calendar integration

  • Project Management certifications are advantageous.

  • Willingness to travel as needed  for client engagements related to training and implementations
