IT Strategist - Enterprise Architecture

What you would do?

Enterprise Architecture Team is looking for someone who can improve our capability within the IT strategy area including high level business case and architecture. You will report to the Global Head of Enterprise Architecture, working closely with our Global Business Divisions and Group Shared Service Center.

We are a truly global organization and present in +70 countries and our business is today highly decentralized. To achieve your objective, you need to work through collaboration and global governance. You will identify and define the guiding stars for group together with senior IT stakeholders to advocate the Group moves in the right direction.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for an engaging leader with broad experience from the IT area. You are a highly structured, positive, person with extensive experience of working with complex IT organizations and IT landscapes. Your communication skills are excellent. Ideally you have worked as an IT Management Consultant or within the Enterprise Architecture Divison in a global corporate environment.

We believe you have:

· +5 years’ experience of working within the IT Management area advising business stakeholders in their transformation journey.

· Good understanding of cloud, agile way of working, ERP, Data and Analytics is a must and basic understanding within IT security is beneficial.

· Oral and written ability to simplify complex relationships.
