Customer Service Representative

Door Systems, Part of ASSA ABLOY, has an immediate opening for a Commercial Customer Service Representative in the Huntersville, NC office. 

Responsibilities

Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answers commercial service phone calls
• Creates service tickets
• Works with the commercial sales department on quotes
• Invoicing
• Works with vendors to source/cost materials
• Maintains open order reports ensuring they are updated and current
• Maintains Preventive Maintenance Agreements and Order Log for Service Material
• Works closely and collaboratively with credit department related to credit application processing, credit limits and collections efforts.
• Responsible for all service invoices and billing accuracy.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years experience in a customer service role or equivalent
• Proficient with computers
• Outstanding communication skills and courteous telephone manner
• Excellent attendance record
