1.   RESPONSIBILITY         :       

 •        服务网点数据分析、发布:未派工、未完工、投诉、超期完工、超时派工、超时响应;
•        长沙、成都工厂补单数据分析:零配件/框扇门-生产/发货时效,超期订单数据发布;
•        长沙、成都工厂售后订单数据周报发布,超期订单跟踪;
•        长沙、成都零配件“0”库存统计并发布;
•        零配件/框扇门-订单系统/AX系统交互、成本价格核对;
•        返厂配件系统操作/账务申报;
•        2024新增:耶鲁零配件系统交运、打印发货单;
•        网点正负激励发布,奖品、罚金系统交运、发货;
•        网点超期零配件系统交运扣款;
•        供应商旧换新零配件系统出入库交运,收发货单打印;
•        耶鲁400电话、日常费用PO制作,费用支付。
2.  REQUIREMENTS         :       

 •        大专学历及以上;
•        熟练操作Excel等办公软件;熟悉操作Office办公软件及企业ERP系统运用;
•        有责任心,做事用心、踏实、细致
