C&B Specialist

 

RESPONSIBILITY
• Responsible for the monthly salaries and benefits calculation and management of in plant.
• Regularly implement human resource cost budgeting, analysis, and salary report preparation; promptly identify salary risks, and propose improvement suggestions.
• Cooperate with the department to establish and improve the company's performance appraisal system to ensure the effective implementation of company  performance management.
• Organize and implement performance appraisal work in plant.
• Compile, summarize, and verify performance appraisal results to provide a basis for salary distribution.
• Analyse performance appraisal results to ensure their effective application in areas such as compensation, training, promotion, transfer, and demotion.
• Cooperate with the department manager to develop and optimize employee incentive programs to motivate employees to effectively achieve their goals.

REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor's degree, major in HR or statistics preferred.
• At least 3 years of work experience in C&B or Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax compliance, benefits administration. 
• Patient, strong logical thinking , high sensitivity to numbers, strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent in Excel.
• Familiar with Labor laws and regulations, national and regional policies regarding compensation systems, insurance benefits, etc.
