Functieomschrijving

Als Service Coordinator ben jij de spil tussen onze klanten en onze Service Engineers. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op wieltjes loopt:

• Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen of interventieaanvragen.
• Je plant Service Engineers in en volgt de afspraken op.
• Je belt klanten proactief op om jaarlijks onderhoud in te plannen.
• Je ondersteunt de administratie: van urenregistratie tot facturatie.

Profielomschrijving

• Je bent nauwkeurig en administratief sterk.
• Je houdt van klantcontact en werkt graag in team.
• Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en/of Frans.
• Je bent handig met computers en digitale tools.
