QA Inspector (Warehouse)

Job Summary
This position is responsible for ensuring all products produced meet the customer’s visual and dimensional requirements.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Check parts for visual and dimensional defects in all production departments.50%
• Check in process inspection paperwork / IPC sheets. 5%
• Communicates potential discrepancies and process control problems and writes up non-conformance reports if necessary. 5%
• Report all issues to department leads and supervisors.5%
• Works with other Quality department employees, production employees (Operators, Leads and Technicians) and production Supervisors.10%
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Other duties as required by supervisor.25%
Education and Experience Profile
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
Required Skills
Technical/Functional Competencies:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing operation desirable. Minimum 12 months’ experience preferred.
• Must be able to instruct operators how to use all functional gages.
• Must be able to read and understand measuring devices (i.e., measuring tape, square, etc.)
• Prior experience with hand tools is desired.
• Must have thorough verbal and written communication skills to accurately describe quality conditions.
• Must be organized and able to operate with some degree of independence.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints/work instructions.

• Positive attitude, willingness to cooperate with others.
• Must be able to work individually or as part of a team.
