At Traka BELUX (Keytechnik BV) we have a fantastic opportunity available for an Administrative Assistant (m/f/x).
Your role...
As an Administrative Assistant you support the daily operations within Traka BELUX and ensure the correct and efficient processing of administrative and financial processes.
What will you do
- Telephone reception
- Checking and processing incoming invoices
- Outgoing invoicing
- Follow-up of customer administration, order book
- Process incoming and outgoing payments
- Monthly and annual closing in collaboration with external accountant
- Follow-up of software licenses and maintenance contracts
- Performing general administrative work
- Purchase in collaboration with management
- Personnel/payroll processing in collaboration with external payroll provider

Your experience and background
- Appropriate ERP experience
- Team player who will work closely with other departments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
- Flexibility and adaptability when tackling new tasks
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Minimum education at secondary school level
